Complaint
When you shop at Shapeit, we follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act. According to the law, you always have a 2-year warranty on your purchases.
• When you discover a defect or fault with your item, you must make a complaint within a reasonable period of time. "Reasonable period" means that this should happen within 2 months from when you discover the defect.
• After you have discovered a defect, damage, or similar issue with a product, please fill out this form here
• If we approve the return, you will receive a gift card for the purchase of the same or a similar product
• When we have received your item, it will be assessed by professional experts who can determine whether it is a manufacturing defect. If your claim is justified and it is not just normal wear and tear or signs of use, we will repair the damage or defect at a tailor. If we are unable to offer this, we will offer you a new item.
What is wear and tear:
Please note that wear and tear is evident if there are clear signs of use on the item. For example, if the elastic in the material has become worn, the fibers have been pulled apart in exposed areas (such as the crotch, where the fabric is pulled apart), or the item is very washed out and has lost its color, has become pilled, or similar due to washing or softener. Additionally, seams that have clearly been pulled apart and have not simply come undone in a faulty way are also not a valid complaint.
It can also occur if the size was not 100% correct, or if the item has been subjected to more physical stress than you as a consumer can reasonably expect it to withstand.
